Prior to founding Transcend Technologies Group, Inc., Troy Underwood founded FDI Computer Consulting, Inc, in Sacramento and developed a patented web-based solution for electronic motor vehicle title administration. He obtained his California Life/Health License in order to develop solutions for the insurance broker community. He serves on the Sacramento Association of Health Underwriters Scholarship Committee.
